David Kilpatrick’s Entrepreneurial Spirit and drive for excellence show in both his personal and professional lives. In college David had a successful football career with the West Virginia Mountaineers. He went on to earn his MBA at Troy State University. Later he began his career in Real Estate with Re/Max Greater Atlanta where he earned the title “Rookie of the Year”. This prestigious achievement was only the beginning. He went on to grow and manage a Top Producing Re/Max team. David then opened his own Re/Max office in Duluth, Georgia. His drive and diversity is what sets him apart. His background is diverse in that he also founded and was a managing member of First Financial. David’s entrepreneurial instincts didn’t stop there, in 2006, David founded Realty Executives in Georgia and grew the company into a 4 office, 150+ agent enterprise. In 2009, when many real estate companies were closing their doors, David was opening doors. He became the CEO and Managing Member of Signature Properties and Signature Commercial Group in Alpharetta, Georgia. Both are full service real estate brokerages specializing in the Metro Atlanta area as well as a strong commercial presence abroad. The changing and challenging market and economy has not deterred David from his vision, with his experience and insight in the real estate market, David saw a need for as well as an opportunity to help those affected most by economic stress. In 2009, he founded and actively manages the Georgia Foreclosure Center. The Georgia Foreclosure Center is not only a source of information on available distressed properties, it also serves as a community outreach program holding seminars to educate homeowners with financial counseling and to help them understand their options when faced with foreclosure. David’s knowledge, experience and drive for excellence have allowed him to create personal wealth through real estate investing as well as a tremendous amount of wealth for his clients. His focus as a leader is on continuous learning and improvement. Last but certainly not least, David’s greatest accomplishment by far is fatherhood. He is the father of an amazing 4 year old son named Ethan.
